We take children's privacy seriously. PICParent is designed for parents to use; children do not directly interact with our service or create accounts.

• We only collect children's information through their parents
• Parents have full control over their children's data

• Parents can request deletion of their children's data at any time
• We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13

Your data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption and security practices:

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• We use Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider with SOC 2 compliance
• Access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel
• We regularly review and update our security practices
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text

We use the following third-party services to operate PICParent:

• Stripe - Payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details; Stripe handles all payment information securely.
• Supabase - Secure cloud database and authentication services.
• Vercel - Application hosting and delivery.

These services have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.

You have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction - Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion - Request deletion of your account and data
• Export - Download your data in a portable format
• Withdraw Consent - Opt out of optional data collection

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account:

• Personal data is deleted within 30 days
